Cancellation policy

At Automicom, we strive to provide our customers with top-quality food processing and packaging machines and exceptional customer service. We understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to orders or cancellations. To ensure a clear understanding of our cancellation policy, we have outlined various scenarios below:

1. Cancellation after Making Payment:

In the event that a customer chooses to cancel their order after making a payment, the following cancellation fees will apply:

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of payment: 15% of the total purchase amount will be retained to cover administrative and processing costs.
  • Cancellation after 48 hours of payment: 20% of the total purchase amount will be retained to cover administrative, processing, and restocking costs.

2. Cancellation before Making Payment:

If a customer cancels an order before making a payment, no cancellation fee will be charged. We understand that circumstances can change, and we respect your decision to reconsider your purchase.

3. Customized Orders:

  • Once our factory has initiated the customization process for your ordered machine, cancellations are not accepted. In this scenario, the deposit amount provided during order placement will be forfeited in full (100%). This policy is in place due to the resources and efforts invested in customizing the product according to your specifications.
  • If our factory has not yet initiated the customization process for your machine, you have the option to cancel the order. In this case, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total invoice amount will apply. This fee is designed to cover administrative and processing costs associated with the cancellation.

4. Refunds and Processing:

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within [7] business days of confirming the cancellation. Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Exemptions:

Our cancellation policy does not apply to orders that have already been shipped or delivered. If an order has been dispatched, the customer may choose to return the product in accordance with our Returns and Warranty Policy.
