The primary purpose of our hot ink roller is to imprint expiration dates and production dates onto both paper and plastic packaging bags. Typically, under standard operating conditions, a single roll is expected to deliver approximately 50,000 imprints. However, the actual lifespan may vary significantly depending on factors such as the number of lines, characters in the print, and the temperature utilized during the printing process.

Our specialized hot melt ink rolls are constructed with foam and are friction-loaded.
