The machine comes pre-installed with an internal vacuum motor, making it ready for immediate use. When you need air blowing, simply supply compressed air through the pneumatic valve to activate the process.

The pressure level is clear at a glance, responsive, and the dial font is clear.

If the leakage is found, the power will be cut off immediately, with multiple protections.

You can adjust the conveyor table up and down, as well as front and back, according to your actual needs, which will improve work efficiency.

The machine carries out three main functions: vacuuming or blowing air, sealing bag edges, and printing date information on the product.

When you need to vacuum, the machine operates like external nozzle-type vacuum machines. Simply place the bag’s mouth onto the suction nozzle and press the foot pedal; the machine will effectively remove all the air from the bag.

For air blowing, just switch from vacuum mode to air-blowing mode, and the machine functions like a regular air-blowing sealer.

After completing the vacuuming or air blowing, the product moves through the bag-sealing section via a conveyor belt. At this point, the machine functions similarly to a continuous bag-sealing device.

Finally, at the end of the conveyor belt, an assembly with numbering and ink is ready for date printing along the sealed path of the packaging. Now, the machine operates as a continuous sealer with date printing capabilities.
