1.How long is delivery process? 

Standard delivery (for small parcels): 3 working days 

Express delivery (for bulky equipments): 1-3 working days subject to stock availability 

2. Is there delivery fee? 

Standard delivery: free delivery for order above $100, applicable for small parcel only

Express delivery: delivery fee depends on location and timing arrangement. Please contact our sales presentative to arrange. 

3. Do you provide maintenance service?

Yes. For small machines, you can send it to our showroom for repair, for bulky machines, we will arrange technician for site visit. 

4. Where is your product manufacturing? 

Our products comes from different countries including Malaysia, Vietnam, China, Taiwan and Japan.
