Exclusions for Return Policy

Our return policy is designed to provide you with the best possible experience when purchasing food processing and packaging machines from Automicom. However, there are certain situations and conditions where returns may not be applicable. Please review the following exclusions carefully:

1. Customized Orders:

Products that have been specifically customized or modified according to your unique requirements, specifications, or design preferences are not eligible for returns. Customized orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged, defective.

2. Used or Altered Products:

Products that have been used, altered, or modified in any way after delivery are not eligible for return. This includes products that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering beyond what is considered normal handling for inspection purposes.

3. Damage Due to Misuse or Neglect:

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper handling, or failure to follow the provided usage and maintenance instructions.

4. Missing Original Packaging and Accessories:

Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all original accessories, manuals, and components. Returns will not be accepted if any of these items are missing.

5. Non-Defective Returns for Reasons Beyond Our Control:

If you decide to return a product for reasons other than damage, defect, or misdescription, such as a change of preference, these returns may be subject to a restocking fee to cover administrative and processing costs.

6. Damage During Return Shipping:

We encourage you to carefully follow our return instructions to ensure the safe return of the product. If a returned product is damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging or improper handling, the return may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Products Outside Eligibility Window:

8. Consumables and Perishable Items:
