1. Warranty Coverage
- Small Appliances Warranty (6 Months)
The following small appliances come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase:
- Impulse Sealer
- Handheld Sealer
- Mini Powder Grinder
- A70 Vacuum Sealer
- 5L Stand Mixer
- This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If any of these products experience a defect within the warranty period, we will repair the defective item free of charge.
- Other Machines Warranty (1 Year)
All other machines, unless specified differently, come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and includes repair or replacement of faulty parts.
Exclusions for both warranties include:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
- Wear and tear from normal usage.
- Damage from external factors such as accidents, fire, or water.
- Products or parts that have been modified or altered by the customer.
2. Service and Repairs
After the warranty period or if the issue is outside of warranty coverage, we provide professional repair and maintenance services. Service fees may apply based on the complexity of the repair or the parts needed.
To request a service or repair, please contact our Customer Support Team and provide:
- Product details (model and serial number, invoice number)
- A description of the issue.
- Any relevant photographs or videos of the fault.
3. Service and Repairs
How to Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support Team within the warranty period.
- Provide the following:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
- Description of the issue.
- Photos or videos (if possible) showing the defect.
- Our team will evaluate the claim and, if eligible, arrange for a repair, replacement, or further instructions.
Note: For warranty claims, customers are responsible for shipping costs to return and pick up the product or parts to our service center.
