• Within Warranty:
  If your machine is still covered under the standard warranty, we will repair or replace defective parts according to our warranty terms. Customers are responsible for sending the product to our designated servicing center (shipping cost to the center will be borne by the customer). 
• Out of Warranty:
  For machines that are outside the warranty period, we continue to provide full support through our maintenance services. Repair charges, parts replacement costs, and service fees will be quoted based on the inspection and nature of the repair needed.
