Warranty Policy

This machine is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.

The warranty does not cover wear and consumable parts, including but not limited to:

Heating elements
Cutter blades
Other wear-and-tear (consumable) parts

To maintain warranty coverage and ensure optimal performance, customers are responsible for performing routine maintenance, including:

Cleaning the cutter daily after use.
Wiping and cleaning the machine after each use.
Operating the machine according to the user manual.
Keeping the machine in good working condition through regular maintenance.

Damage resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, improper operation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
