Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Automicom, we strive to deliver your order safely, efficiently, and on time. Delivery lead times may vary depending on product availability, order size, destination, and shipping method.

1. Small Parcel Delivery

This shipping method applies to lightweight products such as:

  • Vacuum bags and packaging materials
  • Portable impulse heat sealers
  • Small vacuum sealers
  • Spare parts and accessories
  • Other compact products

Singapore Delivery

Orders are shipped via trusted local courier partners such as Ninja Van, J&T Express, or other suitable courier services.

Once your order has been processed, packed, and handed over to the courier, you can generally expect delivery within 3–5 business days.

A tracking number will be provided whenever available.

International Delivery

For overseas orders, we work with our international logistics partners to arrange the most suitable shipping solution based on your destination, shipment size, and urgency.

Estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local courier operations.

Tracking information will be provided once your shipment has been dispatched.


2. Large Machinery Delivery

This section applies to industrial equipment, customised machines, and heavy machinery.

Singapore Delivery

Ready Stock

For machines available in stock, delivery can usually be arranged:

  • Same-day delivery (subject to availability)
  • Within 3 business days
  • According to your preferred delivery schedule whenever possible

Indent / Pre-Order Machines

For machines that require manufacturing or importation, lead time generally ranges from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the model, factory production schedule, and shipping arrangements.

Our sales team will provide an estimated delivery timeline before order confirmation.

International Delivery

For overseas machinery orders, we provide complete door-to-door shipping services.

Our logistics team will coordinate export documentation, freight arrangements, customs procedures (where applicable), and final delivery.

Estimated delivery lead time is typically 4–6 weeks, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and shipping schedule.

Tracking updates and shipment information will be provided throughout the delivery process.


3. Order Processing

Orders are processed during our regular business hours.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time may vary depending on:

  • Stock availability
  • Payment verification
  • Order quantity
  • Product customization requirements

4. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Flight or vessel schedule changes
  • Force majeure events

5. Delivery Inspection

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the shipment as soon as possible.

If you notice any of the following:

  • Visible shipping damage
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products
  • Damaged packaging

please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, together with photographs of the package and products, so we can investigate and assist you promptly.


6. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept the shipment, or other customer-related reasons, additional redelivery, storage, or return shipping charges may apply.


7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide the available tracking information via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
