Warranty & Service Policy

At Automicom, we are committed to delivering high-quality machinery backed by reliable after-sales service. Our warranty policy is designed to give you confidence and peace of mind with every purchase.

Warranty Coverage

Small Appliances (6-Month Warranty)

The following products are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase:

  • Impulse Sealer
  • Handheld Sealer
  • Mini Powder Grinder
  • A70 Vacuum Sealer
  • 5L Stand Mixer

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal operating conditions. If a defect occurs within the warranty period, Automicom will repair the defective product or replace the faulty parts at no charge.


Industrial Machines (1-Year Warranty)

Unless otherwise stated, all other machines supplied by Automicom are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty includes repair or replacement of defective parts resulting from manufacturing defects or workmanship under normal operating conditions.

Our goal is to minimize downtime and ensure your equipment continues operating reliably.


Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are not covered under warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper operation, or negligence.
  • Improper installation or failure to follow operating instructions.
  • Unauthorised modifications, repairs, or alterations carried out by third parties.
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts, including but not limited to sealing elements, belts, blades, heating elements, filters, oils, gaskets, and other wearable components.
  • Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, fire, flooding, power surges, natural disasters, or improper storage.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the normal operation of the machine.
  • Products used outside their intended application or operating specifications.

Service & Repairs

Our technical support team is available to assist you throughout the lifetime of your machine.

If your equipment experiences an issue, we recommend contacting us before attempting any repairs. Our technicians can often help diagnose problems remotely, reducing downtime and unnecessary repair costs.

For issues that require physical inspection, we may request that the machine or defective parts be returned to our service center for evaluation.


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these simple steps:

Step 1 – Contact Our Customer Support Team

Notify us within the warranty period and provide a brief description of the issue.


Step 2 – Prepare the Required Information

Please provide:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number)
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect (where applicable)

Providing complete information helps us assess your claim more efficiently.


Step 3 – Warranty Evaluation

Our technical team will review the information provided to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.

If necessary, we may request additional information or arrange for the product or defective parts to be returned for inspection.


Step 4 – Resolution

If the warranty claim is approved, Automicom will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Repair of the defective product
  • Replacement of defective parts
  • Replacement of the product (where appropriate)
  • Further technical guidance if the issue is not warranty-related

Shipping for Warranty Claims

For standard warranty claims, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the product or defective parts to and from our service center.

For special cases involving verified manufacturing defects or products that arrive damaged, Automicom may, at its discretion, arrange alternative shipping solutions.


Warranty Terms

  • The warranty period begins on the original purchase date.
  • Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Repairs or replacement parts provided under warranty do not extend or restart the original warranty period.
  • Any repaired or replaced components remain covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  • Warranty service is provided during normal business hours.
  • Specific warranty terms may apply to customized machines, OEM products, or special projects and will be stated separately in the quotation or sales agreement.
